Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy A non-refundable deposit of 25–50% is required to secure all sessions. The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled service date. Sessions are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received. We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability. Cancellation & Rescheduling 72+ hours notice: Deposits may be credited toward a future session within 60 days. Less than 72 hours notice: Deposits are forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. Same-day cancellations or no-shows: The full session fee is due and non-refundable. If Light Rain Production must cancel, clients will receive either a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost. Waitlist Policy Fully booked sessions will maintain a waitlist. Clients will be contacted in order of waitlist placement. Openings must be confirmed within 12 hours, or the slot will be offered to the next client in line. Additional Notes Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may shorten the session but do not reduce the session fee. Any additional time or services requested beyond the original booking will be billed accordingly.
